Governing Law; Venue; Mediation
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Venue for disputes shall be Prince George’s County, Maryland.
The parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation prior to litigation or arbitration.
Recovery of Litigation Expenses
The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
Assignment
These Terms bind successors and assigns but may not be assigned by you without written consent.
